Goverment Toolbag. Bruce doesn't really know what to do with Jai. It deeply bothers him that this guy looks exactly like Mohinder, who he had been friends with and Annie had been in an odd semi-nonsexual relationship with, and on top of all of that, Jai is Annie's partner. He seems to be exactly what Bruce expects out of government agents - so really, he hates the man. Still, how bad could he be if Annie speaks highly of him? Scowl. We'll see.

THIS FUCKER TALKING WASHING MACHINE Maybe it's best said that Bruce and SP don't have the best of friendships. The first giant robot Bruce met, on his first day here, SP gave Bruce a pretty bad taste about how the robots were as a species considering their talks of 'organics' and their general haughty attitude. While Bruce can respect SP, to a certain degree, it's limited and mostly he just will give a nod in the robot's direction. Really, he doesn't want any trouble with SP or his people. Also, as the Hulk, he might have beaten SP with his own arm and took it home as a trophy after SP 'jokingly' put Annie up on the Southtown cell tower.

Bruce's Closest Friends
Bruce's current roommate at the Pharmacy. Over time, over many terrible events (on in particular), their friendship has turned into something mirroring that of a father-son relationship. Neither really realizes it, but it's been played out several times over. Then again, neither of them ever really had a decent father to know of such things. They protect one another and keep each other sane. ...Well, somewhat sane. They are teaching each other many things, and they're both managing as roommates through a surprisingly functional mutual respect. Also, Villie and Rick curled up together is an awfully cute sight.
Whether or not Bruce can put a label on what their relationship has become, most people would realize that Bruce loves Annie. There is a deep, fundmental urge to protect her from all of the hell in the Box, and they spend most nights tucked up in one another's arms. Bruce finds her attractive, intelligent, strong, funny, and possibly a match for him in sheer stubbornness. Annie is one of the few people in the Box who know he is the Hulk who doesn't know him from comics/TV/movie (fourth wall) or are from a Marvel-universe. She is also the only person he has told the truth of the Hulk's creation and just what he is from his own mouth. Annie now lives with him and Loki at the Pharmacy.
What started out through mutual respect and the ability to discuss theories for hours has turned into a very real friendship between Bruce and Sherlock. Other than Loki and Annie, Bruce would list Sherlock easily, and highly, among not just his friends at the Box, but any of those he's ever had. He trusts Sherlock completely and has the same in return. Sherlock is now only allowed access to the Pharmacy's drug stores when Bruce is around, very specifically the opium they're using to turn to morphine for the clinic, due to a terrible relapse Bruce witnessed and helped Sherlock through. They often can be found not just discussing theories on the Box, their captors, and their situation, but now they are starting to act on these theories and test them.
The previous John Watson had gotten off on a bad foot with Bruce, but this one could not be more different. In a very short period of time, though then again they have been trapped together for a good deal of that time, John has found his way to being listed among those Bruce feels close to at the Box. Maybe it's due to the mutual friendship (and deep worry) for Sherlock, but there is also a separate friendship between the two doctors. Bruce has sat watching over John to make sure he doesn't die, and knows there is a trust between them that he can count on. He finds himself understanding John's position on things well, and sometimes, needing to stand against Sherlock when he's being stubborn, that is a deeply needed connection.

THE INCREDIBLE HULK
The Box has seen to it that Bruce has his faithful dog from Rio, Rick. Rick is a sweetheart with a very easy temperment but also very protective of Bruce. The Pharmacy's early warning system now as well, Rick can also be seen going pretty much everywhere with Bruce including being curled up in the front area of the clinic while Bruce is working there. Larger Picture of Rick Rick is named after Rick Jones from the original Hulk comics, the teenager Bruce saves from the Gamma Bomb blast when Bruce becomes the Hulk.
Marvel
Bruce's current roommate at the Pharmacy. Over time, over many terrible events (on in particular), their friendship has turned into something mirroring that of a father-son relationship. Neither really realizes it, but it's been played out several times over. Then again, neither of them ever really had a decent father to know of such things. They protect one another and keep each other sane. ...Well, somewhat sane. They are teaching each other many things, and they're both managing as roommates through a surprisingly functional mutual respect. Also, Villie and Rick curled up together is an awfully cute sight.
Hatred. There is nothing more towards the Loki of his home universe than a deep burning hatred. Not only on top of what happened during the course of the Avengers, but Loki has outright lied and tricked Bruce in the Box as well with the guise of 'Luci'. If they should meet again, it very well may end up very, very bad for everyone around them...
While Bruce would find it difficult to label J.A.R.V.I.S. as a friend, that's only due to his non-Human body, or so Bruce would say if pushed. He has a respect for the AI that surprises him, but he's also very willing to protect the AI - going so far as to change into the Hulk to save him. There is computer equipment stored in the Pharmacy for J.A.R.V.I.S., so the AI has a backup as well as can reach Bruce easily.
The first mutant Bruce has ever knowingly met, and more the first person who admitted to knowing him outside of his own universe and more, expanded on the whole 'multiple universe theory' was Emma Frost. He learned of her abilities over tea with the young woman, and a bit more about the other mutants and the universe she came from. While they have not dealt with each other often, Bruce believes he owes Emma for being able to confirm for him that Tony and Pepper had vanished from the Box, but other than in passing when Bruce was temporarily at the mansion there has been little contact, though Bruce very much respects (and to a degree, admires) Emma.
...This is not the best relationship. The Hulk may or may not have killed Groot during the zoo!Event because he believed Groot was a monster trying to hurt a young woman he had in his grip (Elsa) without knowing that Groot actually was saving her. Oops. Groot also may or may not have come back to Bruce in the following days, the size of a toothpick, and threatened to kill him someday when he was of proper size. ...Oooops. Despite that, Bruce thinks Groot is an incredibly intelligent being and has been the only person in the Box (who wasn't a Technician of any sort) to see the inside of the Facility through his own cleverness.
Covert Affairs
What a complicated sort of relationship. Bruce doesn't trust Khan farther than he can throw him, but at the same time, he (grudgingly) has some respect for the other man only because Khan has saved both the life of John and Sherlock. He is very cautious around the other man, who decided to punch him in the face and break his nose during the aprho-gas event, which Bruce believes is very telling of the man's true nature. Also, the warning from Jim Kirk about Khan's betrayal means there are large hurdles for Khan to over come if he ever wants real trust from Bruce. Still, when Khan needed someone to look into his blood when it 'stopped working correctly', according to him, he did come to Bruce...
While these two have yet to meet in person, Bruce is grateful to Kirk for the warning about Khan. Bruce broke the news about other universes to Kirk, still a touch uncertain that this really is the same as the James T. Kirk of Star Trek that he knows, as he has yet to see the new movies in his home universe!
The Hobbit
Tauriel is the kind of woman Bruce generally does find himself attracted to, but he is smart enough to keep her at a friendship level, even before Kili suddenly appeared in the Box. Elf and Human have been teaching each other about their ways and languages - she is teaching him about magic and herbal healing along with Sindarin and Quenya while Bruce is teaching her about medical science, technology, Spanish, and Hindi. He enjoys spending time around her and learning more about her culture, and has a high respect for her. Also wonders why he can't seem to remember her from having read the book.
The first time Kili and Bruce met, it was a different one all together, but this new one has proven himself to be quite a polite young dwarf, one that Bruce truts enough to allow the other access to the forge tucked away in the barn attached to the Greenhouse. He gave over the harvested unicorn parts to Kili to be able to hopefully craft something useful out of, and often enough greets Kili and his brother, Fili, when they're going or coming from the forge.
Less Than Epic Adventures of TJ and Amal
A fellow worker at the clinic, Bruce enjoys time spent around Amal. While a small friendship has built, there is definitely the link that comes from working closely with someone at your job and Bruce does worry about the younger man. He finds Amal warm-hearted, intelligent, and with a good sense of humor when they can show it working in a place with a frustratingly steady stream of patients for such a small populace. Also, he has a feeling that there is more to the friendship between Amal and TJ, but it isn't his place to say anything about that, is it?
While TJ might be gone from the Box, there is still a connection through Amal. Bruce worries about the young man and what clearly had been love between the two. Still, TJ had done something very important for Bruce and the clinic - made it so that his store, TSO, would be willing to work with the clinic for free supplies. That, Bruce could not be more thankful for.
Transformers
Sherlock (BBC)
What started out through mutual respect and the ability to discuss theories for hours has turned into a very real friendship between Bruce and Sherlock. Other than Loki and Annie, Bruce would list Sherlock easily, and highly, among not just his friends at the Box, but any of those he's ever had. He trusts Sherlock completely and has the same in return. Sherlock is now only allowed access to the Pharmacy's drug stores, very specifically the opium they're using to turn to morphine for the clinic, due to a terrible relapse Bruce witnessed and helped Sherlock through.
In the beginning, Bruce didn't know what to make of Mary as she had come out and told him a many disturbing thing during the flood, such as shooting Sherlock and her being an assassin, but the more he hears from Sherlock, Mary, who seems to be calling herself 'Ada'?, disturbs him deeply and he simply keeps away from her, uncertain if she will continue to attempt to harm his two friends.
An enemy. While Jim seems like a nervous, edgy sort of fellow, the moment he gave his name Bruce could not trust him and takes whatever Jim says with a huge grain of salt. Jim has done nothing against him, nor seems to have done nothing devious so far in the Box, he can only guess it will be a matter of time. Bruce can all too easily see Jim using the Box's methods to torture Sherlock or worse, work with the Technicians. Then again, incredible genius could be used to help escape, if Jim hates the Techinicians more than his fellow prisoners...
Star Craft
Awkward could definitely describe their first meeting, which involved Bruce trying to use a scalpel, then sandpaper, and eventually acid to remove words carved into her carapace right over what could be described as a hard pink boob. A super awkward deal, but Bruce had promised to help her get rid of them. Together, they had made it happen. For quite the alien being, Bruce finds Kerrigan strong and intelligent, very strong-willed as well. He doesn't know terribly much about her, but what little he does know about the Zerg is through her. She has, for now, earned his trust and he hopes they can meet again on... ah, easier terms?
Absolutely no idea what to make of this... being. He knows Abathur is one of the same Zerg Kerrigan belongs to and she seems to be able to control him. Still, Abathur put his life on the line to help save Southtown during the fire, so... cautiously Bruce accepts that the montrous bug is on their side. He isn't even sure if Abathur has his own intelligence or is just accepting commands!
Lone Canon Warriors
(aka: Bruce only knows one person from the series)
After getting over the disbelief of just who Judas is, they actually became decent enough friends. Perhaps not the best, and Bruce doesn't ask questions about the religious parts of Judas' life nor much on his past, so they manage to work well together. Bruce owes a great deal of the Greenhouse's initial idea and method of farming to Judas, who taught him a great deal about how to manage with limited and sometimes very primitive resources. Also, taught him how to dry meat which has increased the food rations kept safe in the Pharmacy by a huge amount of unicorn horse meat. He finds Judas surprisingly soft spoken and mild mannered with an even more self-deprecating and darker humor than his own.
This woman might be a little crazy and curse far too often for Bruce's tastes, but she seems like a woman who wants to get things done and keep people safe, which Bruce can definitely respect. She might not be great at trying to hide things from the Technicians, at least she's smart enough to realize that to talk about any of the big stuff, that's exactly what they have to do. Really, he doesn't know terribly much about her, but Jolene seems like the kind of person Bruce could be good acquaintances with.
While Bruce had been startled to meet Glacius at first, with Jolene there, he had been quick to warm up to the ice alien. He doesn't quite know what to make of the alien being, but he seemed kind enoung and willing to help, which makes him alright in Bruce's book. On top of that, Rick seemed unafraid of the other after being introduced, and Rick wouldn't even have come close if the other had intentions of harm. They've only met the once properly, but considering winter is coming and there's a lot of work to do, Bruce knows they'll meet again and get some serious work done.
Their first meeting was Karkat coming into the Pharmacy and it was quite the introduction to Trolls as a species. It doesn't help that in their first meeting, Karkat also ended up explaining the 'origin of the universe' to Bruce, who flatly can't believe that this is true. Home Stuck is a weird, weird canon! While he finds the young man odd, Bruce still finds there's the same uncertainty that any young man has inside, the false confidence, and it makes Bruce feel a certain little protectiveness towards him.
Bruce met this young man when 'Robin' came in to have his scars removed. Robin had 'KILLER' carved into the underside of his jaw. He also ended up seeing terrible scars on the rest of the young man when clothing had to be removed to get at the skin of the thigh and to remove stitches from his back. There is a coldness in this young man that makes Bruce feel sad inside for him. He doesn't quite know what to make of this young man who is definitely not the Dick Grayson of the Batman comics.
An ex-Technician of a place similar to the Box, but not the Box itself. Bruce has never met Wendy in person and only spoken to her through text, but the fact that Sherlock seems to trust her information makes Bruce do the same. Not that he isn't taking what she's telling him with a grain of salt, considering she's talking about appeasing ancient gods, but she has been one of the more solid leads about the possible reasons behind the Box since he's gotten here.
Much has changed between these two, and continues to do so every time they meet. There is a clear friendship building between them, though perhaps stilled by the fact that they both have terrible secrets to hide. Several times, they've come close to telling one another about their dark secret, but it has yet to slip. Still, even with the age difference, both of them have respect for the other. Bruce has helped Danny when the other had been in trouble, and Danny repaid by helping Bruce fix up his 'home' here in the Box. He cares for Danny, perhaps more than he would care to admit for, and worries about him. Nope, not like a dad, shut up. >.>
Things have changed drastically between Bruce and Conan. Originally, he thought Conan to be nothing more than a very rude boy, now he knows the truth - that Conan is really a trapped 17 year old Shinichi Kudou, poisoned by an evil organization who would do anything to find and kill him. The rude, intelligent child is an act to keep them off his tail. Conan knows a little more about Bruce, though not the full truth of his secrets, thanks to the long scar-removal process on the young man where they both spoke about a great deal. Bruce is now trying to fashion an antidote to the cure that keeps Conan in a boy's body, but already has had to speak to Sherlock about the possible physicl and mental side effects of testing such a drug...x
Bruce and Rook may have gotten off to a bit of a rocky start, but since Bruce became, however oddly, Rook's personal doctor, he's developed a certain respect for the warrior. He's learned a great deal about the other's past and how in some ways, there are some commonalities between them - understanding how the lowest live through having lived it, being in the military, the cost of being in it. There are many differences between them (and Rook's cursing has taken some getting used to) but at the same time, Bruce finds himself with an odd bit of protectiveness towards the other man even though he knows Rook is more than capable of taking care of himself. Maybe because he still sees a bit of a child in Rook, even though he's full grown. However gruff and course, Rook is a man with a damn good heart and one Bruce respects.
This mute younger man has quite the smile when he chooses to use it, and is a dog lover to boot. Seems like a good guy and can handle Bruce's limited American Sign Language reading, so they should get along just fine.
The young man Bruce knows as 'Thomas' had come to the pharmacy looking for herbs under the request of Miss Luci (MCU!Loki's female persona). A bright, inquisitive young boy, Bruce couldn't help but find him quite adorable and worry a little about his trip back to Northtown alone.
The Technicians
Ian is the first Technician Bruce has knowingly met face to face. The young man deserted from below and hid in the Box for quite some time before outing himself on the Network, to everyone's surprise. Bruce is torn over Ian - on one hand, he seems like any typical young man who is caught up in something bigger and operated out of fear, and on the other hand, Ian helped craft some of the terrible things that have or will come after them here in the Box. He knows Ian must be quite intelligent, if he could create and discuss the concept of a triple-helix DNA, but there's also the joking sort of guy that is easy to get along with. For now, Bruce will protect him, but if Ian does anything against them... he doesn't know what will happen. The fact that Ian and Loretta seem to have a... thing? It means it could be used against Loretta or worse, against them in the form of turning Ian against them.
This is the Technician Bruce has spoke with most. Their conversation wasn't terribly long, but she had been willing to divulge some information to get them to deliver the documents to her. He doesn't trust her any further than he can throw her, but in some ways, they've had little choice. He still doesn't know if she alone reached out to him, Sherlock, and John about procuring the cure for the pathogen eating away at the plant and wildlife of the Box or if she was just under orders. He does know that she has a weakness in Ian - she had been covering for him. It could be something they could use to get themselves out of here, but at what cost?
